Our Story
We began our venture in February 2017. What started as a coffee cart matured into an entire breakfast experience, “Eggcellent” evolved from an idea and toy hauler into one of the biggest food trailers in Colorado.
We make a specialty cure for our pork belly, and slow cook it; the entire process takes about 56 hours. Our menu is specifically designed to accommodate most diets, and allergies. We strive for community and harmony, and feel our food helps bring people together.
We love to cater events, and will aim to please your entire party.

Catering
Eggcellent can set up at your location and provide food and atmosphere wrapped in one big shell! We have a cocktail gaming machine with over 100 games, SuperMario chess, a branded cornhole game, tons of lawn games, and much more.
If you are looking to get food prepared and you pick it up we can do that too! We will do our best to accommodate and make your day special. If you need something else just ask.
